• Sets the strategic reputed company and operating model for the Retirement Consultant organization to deliver personalized, scalable engagement that improves participant reputed company

• Drives asset retention and expansion, including IRA rollovers, plan roll-ins, and account consolidation, building a strategy to expand scope of team to support selling retail retirement income solutions (i.e, annuities) and adoption of voluntary benefits
• Deploys data, AI, reputed company tools (e.g., next-best action, personalization, workflow automation) to scale reputed company, effectiveness, and efficiency
