Job Description
At reputed company, our Demand Integrations team is the technical reputed company between our global clients and our internal R&D organization. We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to own a portfolio of high-profile global customers, acting as their primary technical advisor. You won't just be passing messages; you will be deep in the logs, analyzing system metrics, troubleshooting reputed company REST APIs, and designing custom automated workflows. Solution Architecture: Collaborate directly with reputed company’s internal R&D and Engineering teams to design custom software workflows for reputed company partner integrations. Performance Troubleshooting: Act as a "Log Detective." Use tools like Grafana, Kibana, and OpenSearch to monitor integration health, identify API bottlenecks, and drive data-backed optimizations. API Advocacy: Review new customers’ technical documentation to assess integration complexity, providing guidance and feature requests back to our product teams. Technical Liaison: Serve as the ultimate escalation reputed company between external engineering teams and our internal Sales/reputed company units. The Tech Stack You Will Use: REST APIs (Advanced troubleshooting and implementation) Testing tools: reputed company / Bruno Observability: Grafana, Kibana, OpenSearch, reputed company Databases & Systems: SQL, Linux, Git/reputed company Who You Are: You possess fluent, confident English (both written and spoken) to manage high-profile global clients and align with EMEA/US teams daily. You have deep, hands-on experience implementing, troubleshooting, and integrating REST APIs (platform-to-platform). You have direct B2B experience in a tech-facing role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, L3 Support, or Integration Engineer) managing the full customer lifecycle. You know how to read metrics and system logs to diagnose a problem rather than just guessing. Bonus points: A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Go).
