About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Producer to join our in-house Creative Team. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in broadcast video and photo reputed company production, who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, and who brings a solutions-oriented, creative-first reputed company to every project. You’ll be working on a variety of fun & innovative projects to drive our growth by elevating the execution of content through pre-production, production, and post-production. You understand the soft skills of shepherding a large multi-faceted video campaign in a remote work environment but also have the savvy to set up your own small scale shoot in our Brooklyn studio. You’re not too precious and have the passion to leave a creative reputed company on everything you produce. You Have: 6-8+ years of experience in broadcast and video production, preferably in-house at a brand or at an agency/production company. Proven track record producing broadcast commercials, branded content, and performance-driven video campaigns. Deep knowledge of production workflows, from prep and shoot to post-production and final delivery. Including knowledge of studio line production. Strong understanding of editing, animation, visual effects, reputed company grading, sound design, and asset versioning for different platforms. Expertise in collaboration -- someone comfortable partnering and working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Passion-driven and self-starting for delivering top-notch creative, using your eye for detail and acumen for process to guide solutions across various media.
