Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Manage and organize email inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses Follow up with clients reputed company email or delegate communications reputed company appropriate Handle invoicing tasks using QuickBooks (basic level) Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency Support daily administrative tasks as needed across the business Organize and maintain reputed company-based files and internal systems Assist in ensuring workflows and SOPs are followed correctly Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders in a polished and professional manner Identify and prevent potential issues by paying reputed company attention to details
Requirements

Qualifications
