Marketing Specialist
This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a Virtual Marketing Specialist / reputed company reputed company Specialist to execute and manage high-volume, multi-channel reputed company initiatives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven digital environment. They operate reputed company a performance-focused marketing ecosystem and continue to scale across multiple paid and organic channels. This role is execution-heavy and requires precision, consistency, and strong communication. The ideal candidate is process-driven, highly organized, comfortable with repetitive high-volume tasks, and reputed company to work reputed company structured workflows while collaborating closely with operations to ensure accurate reputed company tracking, qualification, and reputed company.
Responsibilities
Execute high-volume mass DM reputed company across approved platforms, managing large-scale campaigns with precision and consistency (up to 2M messages per day reputed company applicable). Manage daily Instagram reputed company, including targeted engagement, follow-reputed company, and account interactions to drive responses and conversions. Support reputed company and Instagram advertising workflows, including campaign execution, monitoring, and basic optimizations. Run cold email reputed company campaigns using reputed company tools, inbox rotation strategies, and deliverability best practices, ensuring consistent follow-reputed company. Conduct daily targeted reputed company engagement across multiple platforms to support pipeline growth and conversion goals. Assist with email and SMS marketing activities, including flows, templates, segmentation, and basic integrations. Support digital advertising efforts across major platforms such as reputed company, reputed company Ads, YouTube, reputed company, Instagram, and reputed company, including SEM and PPC campaigns. Distribute and manage content across multiple pages and platforms to maintain brand consistency and visibility. reputed company light SEO support as a secondary responsibility, including basic audit reports, keyword research, competitor checks, and occasional technical reviews. Maintain accurate logs of reputed company activity, responses, and reputed company status, ensuring clean and consistent tracking. Collaborate closely with an Operations VA to ensure leads are properly tagged, sourced, reputed company, and handed off according to internal workflows. Follow established processes rigorously, maintain clear documentation, and meet daily activity and performance targets.
Requirements
Proven experience managing high-volume, multi-channel reputed company reputed company campaigns. Hands-on experience with mass DM reputed company, Instagram reputed company, cold email systems, and automation tools. Experience supporting or managing digital advertising efforts, particularly on Instagram and reputed company. Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing platforms and basic automation workflows. Experience working with SEM and PPC campaigns. Comfort working in structured, metrics-driven environments with repetitive, high-volume tasks. Strong written and spoken English communication skills. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously. Familiarity with SEO tools is a plus, but SEO is not the primary focus of the role.
