This role will own the structure, governance, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives spanning technology, operations, finance, and customer experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: PMO Leadership & Governance Establish and reputed company a centralized PMO function, including frameworks, tools, and standards for project intake, prioritization, execution, and reporting. Define and enforce project governance, including stage gates, documentation standards, risk management, and escalation protocols. Build and maintain a portfolio view of reputed company active initiatives, reputed company to executive priorities and resource reputed company. Cross-Functional Project Execution (BAU) Drive execution of internal, interdepartmental projects across IT, Network Operations, Customer Experience, Sales, Finance, and HR. Partner with department leaders to define project scope, timelines, dependencies, and reputed company metrics.
