We’re seeking a Senior QA Analyst to act as a quality leader on the Palia Gameplay team. You’ll drive quality activities and practices, design and implement process improvements, craft test suites from scratch, and help to ensure that our teams hit a high quality bar for Palia. As a member of the Gameplay team, you'll help the team bring the world of Palia to life through the creation and implementation of housing, maps, and other core systems that players experience every day. Who You Are Established Expertise: Proven track record as a QA Analyst or Tester, demonstrating a deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies and the software development lifecycle. Studio Integration: Substantial experience working directly reputed company internal game development teams, collaborating closely with engineers, artists, and designers. Live Operations: Direct experience navigating the unique challenges of a Live Service environment, including rapid deployment cycles and reputed company-time player feedback loops. Effective Communication: Skilled at translating reputed company technical or systemic concepts into clear, actionable documentation and verbal briefings for diverse audiences.
