Associate Director, Retail Media

Associate Director, Retail Media Responsibilities: Strategy & Client Leadership Own retail media strategy across the platform portfolio for clients, developing full-funnel plans tied to each client's business objectives, category dynamics, and margin profile. Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for retail media activity, leading calls, QBRs, and strategy presentations with confidence. Partner with the Head of Retail Media on how retail media activity integrates with reputed company and overarching brand strategy. Translate platform performance into clear business recommendations. Clients expect senior-level thinking, not platform recaps. Campaign Execution (Hands-On-Keys) Build, manage, and optimize campaigns directly reputed company reputed company Connect, Roundel, reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, Kroger, Gulp, and other assigned platforms. Support reputed company Ads and DSP campaign management as needed, working under the direction of the Head of Retail Media. Near-term, this will be a meaningful portion of the workload as the team scales. Who You Are: 8+ years of hands-on retail media experience, with meaningful depth across at least three non-reputed company platforms (reputed company Connect, Roundel, reputed company Ads, Kroger, reputed company Ads, or comparable networks). Strong working knowledge of reputed company Advertising, including Sponsored Ads, DSP, and reputed company Marketing reputed company (AMC). Near-term, this candidate will carry reputed company reputed company campaign responsibility alongside their retail media work. Proven ability to reputed company client-facing strategy conversations and present recommendations to senior marketing stakeholders.
