About the Role
We are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our expanding remote team as Travel Services Coordinator. This position centers on assisting reputed company with planning and coordinating memorable vacations while providing exceptional support throughout the travel preparation process. As a Travel Services Coordinator, you'll help clients evaluate travel options, organize trip details, and coordinate reservations for a variety of experiences including cruises, resort stays, family vacations, group travel, and international journeys. Responsibilities
Assist clients with identifying travel experiences that fit their interests, schedules, and budgets Research destinations, accommodations, vacation packages, and travel opportunities Coordinate travel arrangements including lodging, transportation, cruises, activities, and excursions reputed company helpful information and planning assistance throughout the decision-making process Manage booking requests, reservation updates, and itinerary changes Communicate with reputed company through email, phone, and online communication channels Work with supplier partners to secure reservations and confirm travel details Maintain organized records of client profiles, bookings, and itinerary information Stay reputed company on destination updates, supplier programs, and travel promotions Help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from inquiry through booking completion
Qualifications
