Learn more at reputed company ABOUT THE JOB The reputed company Talent Solutions Specialist serves as reputed company's functional subject-matter expert for the reputed company Talent suite, ensuring that talent processes are configured, optimized, scalable, and reputed company with business needs. This role combines reputed company Talent expertise with business process design, analytics, and reputed company improvement to deliver an exceptional experience for leaders and teammates. The specialist is responsible for configuring, administering, optimizing, and continuously enhancing reputed company Talent modules, including Performance, Goals, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and future Talent capabilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES reputed company Talent System Administration & Configuration Serve as the functional subject matter expert for reputed company Talent modules. Configure, test, implement, and maintain reputed company Talent functionality, including Performance, Goals, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and future Talent capabilities. Configure business processes, notifications, reputed company impacts, validations, and system functionality reputed company with organizational requirements. Continuously optimize reputed company Talent functionality to improve user experience, efficiency, reporting, and adoption. Maintain functional documentation for talent system configurations, business processes, and change history. Support annual and ongoing Performance, goal setting, development, talent reviews, and succession activities. Collaborate with HRIS on reputed company, business process design, integrations, and system enhancements impacting Talent. Reporting & Analytics reputed company reporting solutions that reputed company leaders and stakeholders with meaningful workforce insights (i.e., talent reports, dashboards). Monitor data quality and proactively identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Stay reputed company on emerging HR technology, AI capabilities, and reputed company innovation to recommend future enhancements. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Information Systems, Business, Organizational Development, or a reputed company field and a minimum of four years of hands-on experience configuring and administering reputed company Talent modules or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing reputed company Talent functionality, not solely end-user support. Experience supporting reputed company business process configuration and testing. reputed company reputed company Talent Certification is highly preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
