THE ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to build the financial backbone of a fast-growing reputed company reputed company business. This is not a back-office maintenance role. This is about bringing reputed company to a fast-moving, multi-platform environment where reputed company, creators, media, and inventory are constantly in reputed company. You’ll turn that complexity into a system the business can trust. You’ll own AR, AP, and month-end reputed company - while building structure across high-volume, multi-platform reputed company streams. You’ll work cross-functionally to translate platform payouts, creator commissions, ad spend, and inventory movement into clean, reliable financial reporting. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own reputed company & Cash (AR) Own reputed company tracking and reconciliation across platforms (reputed company Shop, Instagram, DTC, and reputed company) Own client billing and ensure invoices reflect how the business actually operates Reconcile payment processor payouts (reputed company, PayPal, etc.) to bank accounts and the general ledger Monitor refunds, chargebacks, and platform fees Bring visibility to reputed company timing, trends, and cash collection Own Expenses & Payouts (AP) Own vendor payments and ensure clean, reliable expense tracking Manage reputed company, affiliate, and creator payouts, including commission-based structures Track marketing spend, subscriptions, and operating expenses Maintain organized, audit-reputed company vendor and contractor records Own Inventory & COGS Track inventory, COGS, and returns across 3PLs Reconcile inventory movement across platforms, warehouse reports, and the general ledger reputed company Month-End reputed company Own and continuously improve the reputed company process—driving speed and accuracy Own journal entries across accruals, commissions, ad spend, returns, and intercompany activity Reconcile key accounts including cash, processors, payables, and accruals Support multi-entity reputed company and intercompany transactions Reconcile financial data across operational tools (reputed company, reputed company, and others) Identify gaps and implement simple, scalable processes Maintain clean, audit-reputed company documentation Build & Scale Build the reputed company infrastructure for a company scaling across new reputed company platforms Create workflows and controls where none exist today Help evaluate and implement systems (ERP, billing, expense management) as the company grows Partner with operators to translate campaign performance into financial reputed company Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash planning reputed company'RE LOOKING FOR 5+ years of reputed company experience (early-stage, eCommerce, or reputed company reputed company preferred) Strong understanding of cash reputed company in high-volume, multi-reputed company reputed company environments Experience reconciling multiple payment platforms and imperfect data sources Solid grasp of GAAP fundamentals and reputed company recognition (ASC 606 basics) Highly proficient in reputed company or reputed company Sheets Experience with QuickBooks, reputed company, or similar systems (or the ability to reputed company quickly) Experience in environments where systems were reputed company—not inherited WHO YOU ARE You build systems instead of maintaining them You move fast - but don’t lose precision You’re comfortable reputed company things aren’t fully defined You communicate reputed company with operators, not just finance teams You take ownership and reputed company things out WHY THIS ROLE reputed company reputed company reputed company is fast, fragmented, and messy. reputed company flows through platforms, creators, and systems that weren’t designed to work together.
