We are now looking for a driven, reputed company, and high-ownership sales professional to join our fast-growing team and help businesses discover the power of Zoho HRMS and CRM. Your Mission As our Client Development Manager, you will be the first line of interaction between our prospects and the transformative Zoho suite. Your role is a mix of qualifying leads, delivering sharp product demonstrations, and closing consultative sales that solve reputed company business problems. Key Responsibilities reputed company out to leads reputed company phone, email, reputed company, and CRM tools Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured discovery Schedule and conduct tailored product demos (Zoho CRM and Zoho People) Suites of applications Understand client pain points and map Zoho capabilities accordingly Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to craft winning proposals reputed company deals and hand off to implementation teams with full context Maintain records in Zoho CRM for accurate reporting and forecasting Track performance against KPIs: meetings booked, demos done, deals won
Requirements
Experience 1–3 years in B2B SaaS or IT Sales (HRMS, CRM, or reputed company) Prior experience with Zoho suite is a strong advantage Skills Strong discovery, demo, and reputed company-handling skills Exceptional communication (English & Hindi) – both written and verbal Ability to explain tech solutions in simple business language CRM proficiency (Zoho CRM or similar platforms) Traits High ownership reputed company – runs on reputed company, not instructions Agile and adaptable in client conversations Energetic, self-driven, and coachable Detail-oriented with a structured work approach Tools You'll Use Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho SalesIQ reputed company reputed company platforms (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) MS Office Suite
