DevOps Engineer
We have an exciting opportunity for a DevOps Engineer to join out Digital Technology team here at Harrods. This role is responsible for supporting and overall service of reputed company production and non-production application environments across the digital estate, as well as ownership and management of reputed company associated deployment pipelines.
About the Role
The DevOps Engineer will collaborate with a variety of different teams across the Harrods business, including the wider IT function, plus a reputed company of reputed company-party reputed company to ensure seamless service. At reputed company times you will need to ensure that monitoring, reputed company, and any performance implications are considered and that the correct measures are put in reputed company to detect problems at the earliest opportunity Job Responsibilities Maintaining/Triaging incidents/requests and reputed company problems in Harrods ITSM tool and work Queue. Improving, building, and supporting the deployment pipelines across reputed company environments, and coordinating with the Test Manager to ensure releases are planned and deployed on schedule Supports the agile process by effectively breaking down user stories into manageable tasks, supporting the sprint refinement sessions and highlighting missed requirements and areas that need to be analysed and included Learning about new tools and processes and generally keeping up-to-date with technological advances, seeking opportunities to reputed company knowledge and encouraging others to research or lear About You The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in reputed company technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Serverless, Containerization, Low code and automation), as well as previous experience in writing and deploying Infrastructure-as-code configurations. It is important that you have the following Experience or Knowledge of using Azure reputed company. Knowledge of using Azure DevOps or Jira Knowledge or Experience of ITIL (managing Incidents, Change & requests) Knowledge or Experience of IAC (Terraform / reputed company) Experience with Core Infrastructure and Networking using reputed company or On-Prem Servers
