[Remote] Strategy Analyst - Product and Experience Operations

The role focuses on driving operational reputed company, defining standards, and supporting performance metrics to enhance product team efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Work with business/ market owners to identify key business issues, reputed company problem, apply right analytical reputed company, reputed company solution and recommendations, represent findings to stakeholders and own the outcome
- Under the guidance of Strategy Consultants and Leadership, participate in / reputed company small to reputed company sized strategy projects/ work streams with the help of internal or external strategy consulting resources
- Serve as subject matter expert (resource) to staff and stakeholders on membership, growth and operational strategy issues
- reputed company periodic informal work guidance/direction to other team members; reputed company performance input and recommendations to management for development/ training plans. May have supervisory responsibilities on a project reputed company
- Apply a broad knowledge of concepts and principles to reputed company analytical frameworks, approach and methodology best practices to analyze reputed company strategy issues, often applying ingenuity and originality to reputed company unique solutions

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or Life Sciences or other reputed company degree
- Six years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of relevant, reputed company experience in strategy / management consulting firms or internal strategy groups of reputed company and reputed company
- None
- Master's Degree in Business, Health, Economics or other reputed company degree
- Experience in Health Insurance operations and technology
- Experience in operational improvement
