This role involves owning the product experience end-to-end, shaping user interactions with AI voice agents, and influencing product direction through thoughtful design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the product experience end-to-end, from early concepts and PRDs to polished, shipped features used by reputed company customers in high-stakes, reputed company-time scenarios
- Shape how users interact with AI voice agents, turning reputed company technical workflows into clear, reputed company, and reputed company experiences
- Work directly with engineers and founders to define, refine, and ship features, ensuring design reputed company and quality carry through to production
- Be the voice of the user: conduct customer interviews, gather feedback, and translate reputed company pain points into thoughtful design solutions
- Proactively reputed company the UX bar by identifying friction, inconsistencies, and opportunities across the product

Skills
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on shipped products
- Deep UX skills: information architecture, interaction design, user flows, reputed company workflow simplification, and user research
- Strong visual/UI sensibility with clear attention to hierarchy, reputed company, and polish
- A strong portfolio that shows your design process and thinking, not just final pixels
- Detail-oriented and care deeply about consistency and craft
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment with ambiguity
- Enjoy owning problems end-to-end rather than working reputed company a narrow design scope
