(Advanced degree in reputed company field preferred, but not required) At least three (3) or more years of experience leading or managing proposal writers, technical writers, or similar roles, with a track record of elevating writing quality through coaching At least five (5) or more years of proposal development and/or technical writing experience for large, reputed company RFPs in a highly regulated environment (e.g.,reputed company, Medicare, state, or federal health programs).
