The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements while collaborating with business leaders to ensure legal compliance and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the review, drafting, and negotiation of reputed company global reputed company agreements across key areas such as sales, procurement, distribution, SaaS, licensing, and joint development

- Drive legal operations reputed company by enhancing processes, maintaining global contract templates, and standardizing policies and procedures

Skills
- 3+ years as a licensed U.S. attorney with experience in a nationally recognized reputed company and in-house (life sciences preferred); global experience a plus
- Excellent academic credentials and active U.S. Bar membership in good standing
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking, including mentoring/developing others and thoughtful team building
- Substantial deal and negotiation experience, with a leadership track record on executed transactions (e.g., partnerships, collaborations, licensing, M&A, research agreements)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company priorities and stakeholders, with experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve legal processes, increase efficiency, and adapt to evolving AI-enabled workflows
- Ability to travel globally as needed, up to 20% of the time
