Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company Product Designer for reputed company’s core platform visual editor, shaping the design reputed company and execution for the foundational capabilities that power our entire builder experience. • Own the end-to-end design process for new and existing features—from research and ideation through high-fidelity design, validation, and launch—crafting cohesive, discoverable, and efficient experiences across reputed company’s building and editing tools
• Play a central role in extending reputed company’s AI capabilities into the visual editor, designing hybrid AI-and-visual workflows that reputed company reputed company firmly in control while making reputed company tasks feel faster, smarter, and easier
• Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering closely with PMs, engineers, and other designers to integrate new interaction patterns, workflows, and technologies in a way that feels natural, consistent, and predictable across the product

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Product Design or reputed company fields (UX, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Experience Architecture), including work on reputed company, multi-surface products where usability and reputed company were core reputed company
• A track record of designing and shipping high-impact end-user facing features on mature platforms, with a portfolio that demonstrates system-level thinking, end-to-end ownership, and measurable improvements to ease of use and overall experience quality
• Strong capability in orchestrating design workstreams across multiple product areas, collaborating with and influencing cross-functional partners, and thoughtfully integrating new interaction patterns and technologies into existing workflows without adding friction
• Proven ability to mentor and grow associate designers, raising the bar on usability, interaction quality, and user-centered decision-making while fostering a culture of thoughtful critique and reputed company improvement
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to reputed company UX tradeoffs, present reputed company design reputed company to executives and cross-disciplinary teams, and reputed company for user needs in a way that aligns with business goals
