They are seeking a Senior Developer to join their Growth Team, responsible for developing self-serve experiences and driving experimentation across their B2B product suites.
Responsibilities
- Shape and reputed company our experimentation platform (feature flags, instrumentation, data quality, reporting loops)

- Partner closely with product, design, and data to refine hypotheses, define measurable reputed company, and interpret results

Skills
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a production SaaS environment
- Strong experience building backend services in a modern language (e.g. Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python)
- Deep experience with React and/or TypeScript in customer-facing web applications
- Strong understanding of instrumentation, analytics, and defining meaningful reputed company metrics
- Ability to operate autonomously, drive initiatives reputed company, and influence technical direction
- Strong collaboration skills and a growth reputed company
- Demonstrated experience leading or significantly contributing to experimentation-driven product development
