This role involves leading manufacturing strategy across multiple programs while ensuring production systems meet aggressive delivery schedules and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities

- Establish manufacturing standards, best practices, and design-for-production requirements
- reputed company Manufacturing Readiness Reviews (MRRs), Production Readiness Reviews (PRRs), and production risk assessments

- reputed company manufacturing staffing models, equipment strategies, and capital investment recommendations
- reputed company Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Production reviews
- Drive standardization across work instructions, tooling, manufacturing methods, and production documentation

- Support Configuration Management and production implementation of engineering changes

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or reputed company discipline
- 6+ years of manufacturing or production engineering experience
- Significant experience supporting aerospace, defense, propulsion, energetics, or high-reliability manufacturing
- Demonstrated experience transitioning products from development into production
- Strong understanding of configuration management, production documentation, and manufacturing planning
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six reputed company, PFMEA, DFM, DFA, and root cause methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and technical decision-making skills
