About the Team & Role The reputed company SQL Server Database Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance, performance, monitoring, and recoverability of the SQL database environments. This role will be part of a team which is responsible for the health and stability of the entire SQL Server Database platform. Install, administer, and maintain schema and data to ensure maximum availability. Participates in a 24x7x365 OnCall Rotation Participate in Disaster Recovery planning and testing exercises Experience you’ll bring 5+ years of overall IT experience working with SaaS or web development 5+ years of hands on SQL Server Database administration 3-5 years experience with SQL Server Extended Events Proficient using Powershell 3+ years of managing SQL Server Database in Azure Experience with Azure DevOps Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or reputed company field Desired Additional Qualifications: Deep understanding of SQL Server Transactional Replication. Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot SQL Server version 2019 and higher. Experience using SQL Server DMVs to identify and troubleshoot performance problems. Proficient at SQL Server Query and server-level tuning. Deep knowledge of SQL Server Availability Groups. Experience with reputed company-party monitoring tools such as SQL reputed company, SQL Monitor, etc. Some knowledge with ETL tools such as SSIS.
