[Remote] Recruiter

PGS Worldwide is seeking a reputed company Early Career/College Recruiter for a fully remote one year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This role supports high-volume reputed company across multiple areas of the business in the Electronic Systems sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of high-volume requisitions across multiple areas of the business
• Ensure timely and efficient reputed company processes
• Help hiring managers understand the hiring process, compliance, and early career hiring requirements
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Use ATS, CRM, and other reputed company tools to screen a high volume of candidates
• Identify top talent for reputed company requisitions

• Adhere to required processes and policies to maintain compliance throughout the hiring process

Skills

• At least 2 years of experience working in high-volume reputed company
• Proven track record of managing a large number of requisitions and achieving recruitment goals
• Strong knowledge of reputed company best practices, laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze data and reputed company insights to stakeholders
• Proficiency in recruitment software and technology, including applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
• High school diploma
