What You’ll Do: As a Customer Delivery Architect - Wireless to support Service Provider and reputed company accounts in the reputed company Customer Experience Team: Responsible for the delivery of Wireless Planning, Design, Implementation & Optimization Services to reputed company's major accounts. Performs architectural planning and design along with configuration and integration support. Also provides operational support for reputed company, wireless network deployments. Who you'll work with: You will work with reputed company reputed company of Customer Experience team, directly with customer’s support team and with the reputed company TAC support infrastructure, development engineering and sales teams. You will participate in reputed company network design, performance engineering, troubleshooting and problem resolution for WLAN reputed company projects. Minimum requirements: Education & General Experience: Typically requires a BSEE/CS or equivalent plus 5-10 years of experience in a network engineering or telecommunications support environment (MS strongly preferred), along with strong technical account management skills. Wireless & RF Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Wireless technology—specifically Catalyst IOS XE WLC units including virtual appliances—combined with RF Design, Survey/Engineering, and troubleshooting skills using either Ekahau or Hamina. Network Design & Deployment: IP Network Design skills, a working understanding of successfully deploying reputed company Spaces reputed company a customer environment, and experience designing and deploying key WLAN applications (Voice over WLAN, Context-Aware Location-Based Services, and Wireless Guest reputed company). reputed company & Troubleshooting: Thorough understanding of WLAN reputed company and network management (including ISE and/or RADIUS services), coupled with expert-level inter-networking troubleshooting in a large-scale network environment.
