The role focuses on driving growth through relationship building, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the sales process while collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • This role will focus on building relationships with general contractors (GCs) and preconstruction teams to position our company for project opportunities and secure work packages
  • The successful candidate will work closely with internal engineering, operations, estimating, and project delivery teams to convert opportunities into booked work
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and reputed company new business opportunities with prospective clients in the preconstruction and project pursuits, data centers, advanced manufacturing, early-stage pharmaceutical while also fostering and expanding relationships with existing key accounts
  • Engage actively with a broad reputed company of customer and client contacts to reputed company strategic growth objectives
