[Remote] Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing account risks, and driving product adoption and retention among reputed company’s Risk partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned partners
• Proactively identify, forecast, and manage account risk, including the development and execution of mitigation strategies

• Maintain a deep understanding of customers’ businesses, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, and surface meaningful insights to leadership

Skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally disciplined

• Adaptability to changing priorities, processes, and business needs
• Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed
• Property & Casualty license, or willingness to obtain one
