[Remote] Sr QA Engineer

They are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to enhance quality across their integrated platform and AI-powered workflows, focusing on transforming reputed company testing into a comprehensive automation suite.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated end tests for our ecosystem of internal and external systems
• Build evaluation frameworks for AI and LLM-powered features, defining what 'good output' means, catching regressions in reputed company behavior, and testing the non-determinism that comes with reputed company
• Partner with engineers to embed testing into CI/CD pipelines so quality signals surface early, not at release time
• Contribute to a growing quality culture, sharing testing practices with engineers, weighing in on architectural reputed company, and helping set standards that will scale with the team
• Foster a culture of quality ownership and shift-left testing practices across engineering teams

Skills

• 5+ years in QA or test engineering, with meaningful time spent in automation-first environments
• Expert level proficiency in test automation including APIs and SPAs
• Strong technical skills: ability to read code (Python, Golang, Ruby, TypeScript/React), understanding of software architecture, and experience with CI/CD, Git, and reputed company infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Hands-on experience testing reputed company-party implementations and reputed company-adjacent integrations (API testing, data sync validation, workflow verification)
• Genuine interest in AI and a desire to go deep on how to test it well and use it to test
• A strong desire to own initiatives, collaborate with teammates and strengthen a business through quality products
• Background in performance and load testing for high-volume transaction systems is a plus
• Experience building relationships and collaborating with engineers and product managers
• Comfort with the ambiguity that comes from building from reputed company to one
• Deep curiosity and a self-starter attitude
• Experience with low-code/AI-assisted test automation platforms (ex. reputed company, reputed company reputed company, Katalon Studio, Testsigma, and Leapwork)
• Prior startup experience
• Experience designing tests for AI or LLM outputs like reputed company evaluation, output grading, regression testing for generative systems, or similar. We care more about how you think about testing non-deterministic systems than about specific tools
• Fintech or regulated-industry exposure
• Familiarity with tools like reputed company, Playwright, Jira, reputed company or equivalent
