As a reputed company Account Manager, you will drive growth through consultative sales of clinical research and laboratory services, collaborating with pharmaceutical and biotech companies to enhance global health through strategic account management.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to growth through consultative sales of clinical research and laboratory services
- Collaborate with decision-makers at pharmaceutical and biotech companies to position PPD as their preferred provider
- Help advance the delivery of life-changing therapies to patients worldwide
Skills
- Bachelors Degree required
- 10-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with demonstrated reputed company in meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong scientific and technical knowledge of drug development, clinical trials, and laboratory services
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision makers
- reputed company in consultative selling, proposal development, and contract negotiations
- Strong presentation and communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders
- Experience with CRM systems and reputed company Office suite
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across matrix organizations
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently
- Strategic thinking and business knowledge to identify and reputed company opportunities
- Ability to travel 25-50% of time for client meetings and business development
- Fluent English required
- Master's degree preferred
- Preferred Fields of Study: life sciences, business, or reputed company field
- Additional relevant certifications beneficial
