They are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support while troubleshooting application and workflow issues.

Responsibilities

• The reputed company Customer Support Specialist serves as the customer’s reputed company of contact for reputed company service and support reputed company questions for reputed company reputed company application offerings
• The support specialist role requires the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application and customer workflow problems with exceptional customer service skills, as well as going above and reputed company client expectations

Skills

• EChart or Practice Management experience preferred
