[Remote] Senior Manager - Full Stack Engineering

They are seeking a Senior Manager to reputed company their Full Stack Engineering team, responsible for delivering scalable web applications and APIs while mentoring a team of engineers.
Responsibilities
- reputed company technical leadership and people leadership to a team of full stack engineers, establishing standards for software development and deployment
- Own end-to-end technical product and solution design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical reputed company
- Partner with product managers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to define technical goals and reputed company for the engineering team

- 8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years managing engineering teams

- Experience managing teams of 10+ engineers
- Experience with microservice and microfrontend development (reputed company component design)
- Background in customer-facing product development and support
- Experience with performance optimization and scalability challenges in production environments
