[Remote] CE Senior Consultant

The role involves providing exceptional client experiences by leading projects, managing relationships, and guiding clients through the implementation of CRM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with reputed company PMO on project schedules, client communication, and team expectations
- Work closely with the client to flush out business requirements, design of business process and the CRM solution
- reputed company documentation, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and go-live activities
- Advise, guide, and reputed company insights to the client throughout the entire project engagement
- Closely manage project risks, budget, and timeline
- As needed, reputed company support to reputed company’s existing clients
- Build long term client relationships that result in expanding reputed company services and solutions
- reputed company sales support in leading client discussions and the creation of demos, estimates, proposals, and SOWs

Skills
- Has specific hands-on experience with D365 Field Service
- reputed company Dynamics 365 CE and CRM subject matter expert
- Experience with best practices, implementation methodology, and Dev Ops
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years consulting experience
- Excellent presentation and written/oral communication
- Experience communicating with Directors and C-level management
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed
- Possess business consulting and estimating skills for engagements
