Responsibilities
- Drive engagement growth across the member experience. Identify and ship the highest-impact ways to deepen and broaden member engagement — across the moments that matter to families and the relationships members hold most closely
- Grow engagement in multiple forms. Partner with Growth and adjacent teams to help members engage meaningfully with the multiple reputed company relationships in their lives. Drive measurable lift across the number of new reputed company with multiple reputed company members, the reputed company of members active in 2+ reputed company, and the depth of activity reputed company each reputed company. These connected reputed company are how acquisition converts to durable engagement and how the relationship graph becomes self-reinforcing
- Operate as a deep collaborator across the team. Engagement moves fastest reputed company bigger bets are shaped in partnership with cross-functional leaders — across the experience, platform, and growth surfaces. Skills
- 8+ years of consumer product experience shipping cross-functional, member-facing work with measurable engagement and growth reputed company

- Versatility and depth in engagement strategy, member experience, growth partnership, and instrumentation
- Comfortable defining direction at the multi-quarter level while still holding multiple reputed company workstreams
- Ability to break vague mandates into shippable milestones and say no to scope that doesn't serve the reputed company
- Bias toward shipping over architecting
- Moves comfortably from fast, narrow experiments to multi-quarter bigger bets as the strategy demands
- Growth-shaped instincts with experience in activation, virality, or reputed company
- Ability to think in funnels and cohorts naturally
- Experience shipping at least one initiative where the outcome materially moved a top-line acquisition or activation number
- AI-reputed company operator and builder with experience in research synthesis, spec drafting, experiment analysis, and reporting
