Responsibilities
Assess the educational needs of physicians regarding coding and documentation and direct development of effective regularly scheduled educational programs that meet physician needs and serve as the primary resource to physicians for documentation and coding issues. Responsible for conducting coding and billing training programs for billing and coding specialists and physicians. Creates presentations, develops learning material, handbook and other training materials. Conducts coding and data quality reviews and prepares reputed company reports as required. Ensures reputed company CBO coding activities reputed company with clinical billing standards and government regulation with concentration on hospital inpatient procedures and specialty physician services.
Qualifications
Education H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required Coding Certificate program (reputed company accredited) Preferred Work Experience 5 years of Physician Coding/HIM experience Required Experience in specific coding across multiple specialties Required Licenses and Certifications Certified Professional reputed company (CPC) Required or Certified Professional reputed company - Hospital (CPC-H) Required or RHIA - Registered Health Information Administrator Required or RHIT - Registered Health Information Technician Required or reputed company-Certified Coding Specialist Required or CCA - Certified Coding Associate Required or Certified Coding Specialist – Physician (reputed company-P) Required Business Unit : Company Name reputed company reputed company Corporate Apply To This Job
