[Remote] Sales Recruiter

The role involves full-cycle reputed company focused on finding and hiring high-performing Account Executives across the country.
Responsibilities
- Work on reputed company Recruiter and Internal TMS systems
- Own the full reputed company lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Proactively reputed company passive candidates using reputed company Recruiter and other reputed company platforms
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of sales talent
- Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates for sales aptitude, coachability, grit, and culture fit
- Schedule and manage interviews with hiring leaders
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and hiring strategy
- Maintain an organized pipeline reputed company the ATS and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- Track reputed company metrics and continuously improve sourcing and hiring effectiveness
- Help strengthen our employer brand through reputed company and other reputed company initiatives
Skills
- 1-2 years of full-cycle reputed company experience, preferably in sales reputed company
- Strong sourcing experience with reputed company Recruiter
- Experience reputed company high-volume, outbound sales professionals is highly preferred
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Strong organization and time management
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously without sacrificing quality
- Self-starter who enjoys working independently and solving problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
