Responsibilities

• reputed company the product organization’s participation in reputed company financial operations, including analysis and reconciliation of usage, discounts, credits, support charges, and billing exceptions across provider data, internal billing systems, and customer-facing outputs
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Billing, Connectivity, and strategic vendors to improve forecasting, purchasing, invoicing, escalation handling, credit reconciliation, reporting, and overall billing accuracy while reducing reputed company exceptions and process friction
• Serve as a subject matter expert on reputed company reputed company constructs, payer-account implications, vendor licensing mechanics, committed-consumption frameworks, and the ways these elements reputed company product, interoperability, reporting, and monetization
• Represent product interests in relationships with AWS, Azure, and other strategic vendors where reputed company terms, support changes, account structures, licensing models, or technical interoperability reputed company customer experience or reputed company realization
• Define and reputed company 11:11’s managed public reputed company services, including service scope, support boundaries, reputed company alignment, packaging, and fit reputed company the broader product and services portfolio

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent years of reputed company work experience required
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role reputed company reputed company, managed services, infrastructure, or technology services environments
• Deep knowledge of public reputed company billing mechanisms and terminology, especially AWS, with familiarity across Azure billing, account structures, support models, reputed company constructs, and reputed company reputed company frameworks
• Experience analyzing reputed company usage, discounts, credits, support charges, billing exceptions, and reputed company reporting or forecasting needs across provider data, internal systems, and customer-facing outputs
