Responsibilities

Skills

- Experience with advanced analytical methods, including: Propensity Score Matching (PSM), Lines of Therapy (LOT), Sankey Diagrams, Machine Learning (LASSO, Decision Trees, Random Forest, XGBoost)
- Experience with OHDSI or DARWIN tools in R
- Experience with OMOP Common Data Model (CDM) or similar frameworks
- Strong understanding of epidemiology, observational research, and study design
- Experience working with biomarker and genomic datasets
- Hands-on experience with reputed company databases, including: Claims Data (reputed company, MarketScan, Pharmetrics+, reputed company, CPRD) and Electronic Health Records (EHR) (reputed company, Flatiron, ConcertAI, TriNetX)
- Knowledge of US and international reputed company data sources
- Experience with psychometric validation for clinical trial analyses is a plus
- Master's degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a reputed company field with 5–8 years of post-graduate experience, OR PhD with 3+ years of relevant post-graduate experience
