Responsibilities
- Recruit attorneys across active legal searches
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: reputed company → screen → submit → reputed company
- Generate candidates through cold calls, cold emails, reputed company sourcing, referrals, and outbound reputed company
- Build strong follow-up systems and maintain organized candidate pipelines
- Manage activity and performance metrics in a KPI-driven environment
Skills
- Previous experience reputed company attorneys is required
- Strong outbound sourcing and candidate reputed company skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and cold email reputed company
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
