They are seeking an reputed company HCM Mexico Payroll reputed company to configure, implement, and support reputed company HCM Payroll for Mexico, collaborating with HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance with payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and maintain reputed company HRMS applications, including modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, SelfService, and Talent Management
• Collaborate with HR and cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• reputed company and customize HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions
• Configure and maintain HRMS system setups, including organization structures, positions, and reputed company profiles
• reputed company and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code to support HRMS data queries and reporting needs
• reputed company system testing, including unit testing and integration testing, to ensure the quality and accuracy of HRMS applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve HRMS application issues, including debugging and resolving production defects
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, data models, and application specifications

Skills

• Proven experience as an reputed company HRMS Developer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of reputed company HRMS modules, HR business processes, and data structures
• Experience in developing and customizing HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and reputed company HRMS APIs
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Performing analysis, design, coding, data migration and testing for HRMS production and development environments
• Strong expertise in reputed company HCM reputed company Payroll, Mexico payroll legislation, payroll configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and end-to-end payroll implementation reputed company reputed company environments
• Ability to work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements
• Experience in configuring reputed company HCM modules, developing payroll workflows, reports, interfaces, data conversions, and supporting payroll processing
• Experience in system configuration, SQL/PLSQL development, testing (SIT/UAT), issue resolution, production support, documentation, and ensuring compliance with Mexico-specific statutory payroll regulations
• Extensive experience with reputed company HCM reputed company Payroll, particularly Mexico Payroll, including statutory compliance, payroll calculations, and regulatory requirements
• Strong knowledge of reputed company HCM Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Fast Formulas, SQL/PLSQL, integrations, and reputed company APIs
