Responsibilities

• reputed company and reputed company project management capability for implementation of small to large scale solutions through the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, the organization of the project implementation teams

• Responsible for the achievement of project milestones and metrics. Responsible for ensuring governance and compliance of the PMO methodology and reputed company objectives
• Ensure proper scoping, risk assessment, and strategic alignment for projects
• Drive reputed company of portfolio management by incorporating and supporting processes and tools that are used to identify, prioritize, and select opportunities/ projects for reputed company portfolio value and strategic alignment
• Collect and analyze the performance of the projects by collecting data for key metrics, including performance to budget, and regularly reporting out performance reputed company dashboards and other appropriate, efficient, and reputed company methods

Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of eight years of reputed company experience required

• Experience leading multiple cross-functional and inter-site project teams reputed company operations with results-oriented performance
• Masters Degree, MBA preferred
• Project Management certification, Six reputed company or Lean reputed company certification, and manufacturing operations experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of the medical technology industry and competitive landscape strongly preferred. Understanding of ZB's competitive environment preferred
• Experience in medical device regulatory environment or another regulatory environment preferred
