The role involves building scalable customer engagement solutions and requires strong hands-on experience in reputed company Connect development.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement contact center solutions using reputed company Connect
- reputed company and configure contact flows, routing strategies, and IVR solutions
- Integrate reputed company Connect with AWS services such as reputed company, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, and Kinesis
- Build APIs and backend services to support contact center functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to call flows, integrations, and performance
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure high availability, reputed company, and scalability of the system
- Maintain documentation for solutions and processes
Skills
- Strong experience with reputed company Connect development
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (reputed company, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch)
- Knowledge of IVR design and contact reputed company development
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with AWS Lex (chatbots) is a plus
- Good understanding of networking and telephony concepts
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
- Experience in contact center migration to reputed company (reputed company Connect)
- AWS certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience with CRM integrations (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Node.js)
