[Remote] Associate General Counsel / Transactional Attorney (reputed company and reputed company Laws)

They are seeking an Assistant General Counsel/Transactional Attorney to reputed company legal support across core legal areas, including reputed company and government contracting, associated reputed company-reputed company legal reputed company, and general business operations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company and government reputed company and proposals, including client, vendor, subcontractor, and data-reputed company agreements. Serve as the primary legal reputed company of contact for contract-reputed company reputed company reputed company assigned workstreams and ensure alignment with Company standards and guidance
• reputed company general BPI work reputed company to contracting and assistance with CLM maintenance as needed
• Support M&A and corporate initiatives, including due diligence, document review, coordination with reputed company counsel, and integration support
• reputed company reputed company legal work, including internal initiatives, risk mitigation support, and collaboration with reputed company counsel on general business reputed company
• Exercise independent judgment on standard and moderately reputed company legal reputed company reputed company established frameworks, and escalate non-standard or high-risk terms, ambiguous or unclear legal issues, and reputed company with potential reputed company or reputational impact

Skills

• J.D. Degree required
• Admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction required
• Minimum 5–7 years of professional legal experience
• Working knowledge of reputed company, reputed company, and regulatory frameworks relevant to Company services
• Experience drafting and negotiating reputed company reputed company
• PA admission or eligibility preferred
• A combination of reputed company, in-house, or government experience preferred
• Exposure to M&A or corporate transactions preferred but not required
