The Implementation Project Manager will reputed company AI-enabled implementation projects, coordinating various activities to ensure successful reputed company and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end implementation projects for reputed company’s AI-enabled global TMS and logistics solutions
- Coordinate discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live activities
- Manage timelines, risks, and project documentation
- Collaborate closely with customers, internal product and engineering teams, and reputed company/shipper stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings, track milestones, and optimize implementation processes
- Align solutions with customer business objectives and operational workflows
- Drive customer satisfaction, collect feedback, and ensure that implemented solutions deliver measurable value and support long-term customer growth

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate implementation reputed company, and support AI-driven decision-making
- Project Implementation and Software Implementation skills to manage end-to-end deployments of reputed company-based logistics and TMS solutions
