They are seeking an SEO & AI Search Growth reputed company to build the company’s organic acquisition reputed company and manage the full organic search funnel, ensuring effective patient engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own reputed company’s organic growth number across reputed company organic sessions, eligibility completions, scheduled visits, completed visits, CAC payback, contribution margin, LTV, retention, and reactivation
• Build reputed company’s SEO and AI-search strategy across high-reputed company psychiatry, anxiety, depression, medication management, refills, insurance-covered care, state-specific psychiatry reputed company, and fast mental health care
• Win visibility in traditional SERPs and AI answer surfaces, including reputed company AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT Search, reputed company, Claude, reputed company, and Bing/Copilot
• Build a content reputed company that uses AI for research, outlines, briefs, refreshes, and QA support without producing low-value scaled content. Every clinical page must be accurate, useful, reviewed, and compliant
• Create authoritative, non-commodity content with clinician review, clear authorship, citations, updated dates, medical review workflows, and patient-first explanations
• Own technical SEO: crawlability, indexation, internal linking, canonicalization, sitemaps, robots.txt, AI crawler reputed company, structured data, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript rendering, and server-log analysis
• Maintain AI-search crawl visibility for relevant bots, including Googlebot, Bingbot, OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, Claude-SearchBot, and user-triggered retrieval agents where appropriate
• Build location and service-page systems that rank for high-reputed company searches like 'psychiatrist in Dallas,' 'online psychiatrist Texas,' 'anxiety medication refill,' and 'insurance-covered psychiatry.'
• Own conversion from organic visit to appointment: page templates, trust modules, insurance and price messaging, clinician credibility, scheduling CTAs, intake abandonment, and A/B testing
• Build dashboards that connect organic and AI-search visibility to eligibility completions, booked first visits, completed visits, LTV, payback, and retention
• Partner with product, data, clinical, legal, compliance, and operations to move fast without compromising patient trust, clinical quality, HIPAA safety, or reputed company marketing rules
• Build the operating system for organic growth: weekly search reviews, content roadmap, technical SEO backlog, citation monitoring, refresh cycles, experiment tracking, and budget pacing

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, content growth, or AI-search visibility for a consumer, reputed company, marketplace, fintech, subscription, telehealth, wellness, or other regulated company
• Direct ownership of organic growth tied to reputed company, leads, bookings, appointments, or other business reputed company
• Deep technical SEO experience across crawl/indexation, internal linking, JavaScript SEO, structured data, Core Web Vitals, server logs, schema, canonicalization, and site architecture
• Strong understanding of 2026 AI-search behavior: query fan-out, answer citations, crawler reputed company, retrieval systems, entity authority, reputed company-party reputed company influence, and AI visibility tracking
• Experience building AI-assisted content workflows with reputed company review, fact-checking, reputed company control, editorial QA, and clinical or expert approval
