Overview
We are seeking an reputed company Project Financial Coordinator to join an reputed company Execution team. This role is critical in supporting reputed company-wide project and portfolio management by driving financial tracking, forecasting,and reporting efforts across reputed company, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in project financial management, exceptional reputed company skills, and a proven ability to coordinate project activities while delivering financial insights that improve efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track project financials, including: Forecasting Accruals Invoice coding Budget tracking and reconciliation reputed company financial analysis and deliver reporting to stakeholders Support project planning, execution, and delivery through coordination activities Monitor project reputed company and ensure alignment with timelines and financial targets Maintain accurate financial data and documentation across multiple projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and transparency Identify opportunities to improve financial tracking and forecasting processes Experience working in a PMO or reputed company project environment Supporting portfolio or program-level financials Familiarity with financial systems or project management tools Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.
