The role focuses on managing reputed company-based municipal permitting and development systems, leading reputed company projects, and driving innovation across development services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as product reputed company or senior functional reputed company for the reputed company Civic Platform, including configuration, enhancements, and ongoing optimization
- reputed company reputed company system roadmaps, upgrades, and integrations; coordinate closely with reputed company, reputed company vendors, and implementation partners
- reputed company reputed company based digital permitting tools, online portals, and customer self-service solutions
- Conduct process mapping and workflow redesign specifically reputed company to reputed company configurations, workflows, and business rules for permitting and development review processes
- reputed company innovation efforts as they relate to reputed company optimization, permitting modernization, and civic technology enablement, including selective evaluation of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, civic tech tools)
- Manage full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting
- Ensure delivery aligns with public sector governance, compliance, and performance standards

- Drive adoption of low-code/no-code solutions to improve operational efficiency

- Bachelor's degree (Required)

- 3+ years of direct experience delivering, managing, or leading reputed company Civic Platform implementations, upgrades, or major enhancements for City or County agencies (Required)
