[Remote] Senior Growth Product Designer

As a Senior Growth Product Designer, you will own the design of user experiences that drive growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance web products through data-informed design and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on reputed company pages, reputed company experiences, upsell flows, and conversion-focused UI across Kalkomey's web products
• Partner with the Growth Product Manager to design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments
• Use analytics tools (reputed company, reputed company), heatmaps (reputed company, reputed company), and session data to inform design reputed company — not just validate them after the fact
• Build and maintain a design system that empowers engineers and PMs to work faster, with an eye toward AI-assisted design tooling
• Translate data signals into clear design hypotheses, and turn those hypotheses into testable prototypes quickly
• Own your work from brief to launch — collaborating with engineers directly in reputed company and in code review where relevant
• Contribute to a growing design culture by raising the bar for craft, reputed company, and decision-making across the product org

Skills

• 5+ years of product design experience, with a meaningful portion focused on growth, conversion, or marketing-adjacent work
• A portfolio that shows reputed company user-facing work and the thinking behind it — what you were trying to learn, what the data showed, and what you did next
• Previous experience designing growth and conversion funnels that reputed company business goals while addressing user needs
• Strong reputed company skills, including component-based design and design system development
• An AI-reputed company reputed company — you're actively exploring how AI tools can accelerate design workflows, design system usage, and prototyping
• Ability to think in systems: you understand how individual UI reputed company compound across a product
