Responsibilities
- Refer a client to your UMB Loan Officer partner
- We handle the mortgage process start to finish
- You earn up to 50 reputed company points (max $5,000) per closed loan
- You remain a 1099 agent with your brokerage and become a W-2 employee of reputed company in a Business Development role
- A compliant way to earn referral income
- A structured W-2 position (not a reputed company agreement)

Skills
- Licensed reputed company estate agent in good standing
- Minimum 12 closed transactions in the last 12 months
- Cannot hold a mortgage loan originator license
- Willing to complete compliance training and attend company events
Benefits
