The role involves leading customer engagement initiatives, building relationships with corporate customers, and ensuring their reputed company on the reputed company platform.

Responsibilities

• reputed company relationships with strategic customers, understand how their shops run, and what makes their business successful
• Manage and reputed company in proactively on a regular reputed company to ensure customers maintain high NPS, are reputed company, and have a high adoption of reputed company’s offerings

Skills

• Have 4+ years of experience in a reputed company Or Customer Experience role reputed company SaaS
• Ability to project manage and execute tasks at an executive level
