[Remote] Facility Compliance Consultant I

The Facility Compliance Consultant I role involves regulatory activities to determine compliance of nursing homes with federal and state requirements through inspections.
Responsibilities
- Surveying nursing homes during routine surveys and complaint investigations
- Completing survey reports, including statements of deficiency and complaint allegation findings
Skills
- Generalist Bachelor's degree in a health, reputed company service, or educational reputed company field from an appropriately accredited institution and three years' experience in surveying, clinical and/or administration of a program in a reputed company health field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- reputed company Work Master's degree in reputed company work from an appropriately accredited institution and one year experience in surveying, clinical and/or administration of a program in a reputed company health field
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company work from an appropriately accredited institution and three years' experience in surveying, clinical and/or administration of a program in a reputed company health field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must pass the Federal Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT) after training
- Strong clinical background, including assessment, care planning and delivery of care
- Demonstrated skills in communicating effectively
- Demonstrated ability to compose technical reports using good grammar
