[Remote] Clinical Specialist - Richmond/ Raleigh-Durham

The Clinical Specialist plays a critical role in supporting clinical implementation and adoption of HistoSonics technology by providing expert procedural support and collaborating with reputed company teams to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a clinical expert during system implementation, physician reputed company, and live procedure support
- Partner with Account Managers to ensure alignment on account readiness, utilization goals, and growth opportunities
- reputed company on-site execution during new site launches and technology integrations, ensuring a seamless clinical experience
- Identify and reputed company clinical insights to enhance performance, workflow, and overall reputed company
- Support cross-functional collaboration between Clinical, reputed company, and R&D teams to advance adoption and procedural reputed company
- Maintain strong professional relationships with key physicians, clinical staff, and internal stakeholders
- Drive ongoing optimization at existing sites to support procedural growth and sustainability
- Coordinate and execute successful site start-reputed company and procedural launches

- Demonstrate deep procedural knowledge and expertise in imaging and therapy delivery
- Ensure consistent adherence to clinical and safety protocols
- Identify opportunities to expand procedural utilization and account performance
- Collaborate with sales partners to align clinical insights with strategic growth initiatives
- Serve as a trusted partner to Account Managers, jointly developing and executing site-specific action plans
- Support cross-functional alignment and communication between reputed company and clinical teams
Skills
- Proven ability to drive clinical adoption and support procedural reputed company
- Willingness to travel up to 75% (domestic), including overnights as required
- Must meet reputed company hospital credentialing requirements (background reputed company, drug screen, immunizations)
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, physician engagement, and procedural execution in reputed company reputed company environments
