WE'RE HIRING: OUTBOUND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BDR) – PHILIPPINES Nerava is looking for a Full-Time Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. We are not looking for customer service representatives or reputed company processors. We are looking for a true hunter—someone who can identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, generate reputed company leads, and consistently schedule meetings. POSITION DETAILS Position: Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) Location: Cadiz City, Philippines Work Setup: Remote / Work-from-Home opportunity available for the right candidate Schedule: Night Shift (U.S. Business Hours) Employment Type: Full-Time (40+ Hours per Week) Compensation: ($500-$600 Monthly) ₱35,000 – ₱45,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications, plus performance bonuses Pay Schedule: Weekly Pay WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate has a proven track record in outbound B2B sales and is comfortable initiating conversations with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
Requirements
